Pernell-Karl Sylvester Subban ( SOO-ban; born May 13, 1989) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. Between 2009 and 2022, he played 13 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Montreal Canadiens, Nashville Predators, and New Jersey Devils. The Canadiens selected Subban in the second round, 43rd overall, of the 2007 NHL entry draft. In 2013, he won the Norris Trophy as the NHL's top defenceman, and tied with Kris Letang as the season's leading scorer among defencemen. In the summer of 2014, he signed an eight-year, $72 million contract with the Canadiens, running through the 2021–22 season. After the 2015–16 season, Subban was traded to the Nashville Predators, where he spent three seasons before being traded to New Jersey in 2019. He is now a broadcast analyst for the NHL on ESPN.

Lindsey Caroline Vonn, nata Kildow (Saint Paul, 18 ottobre 1984), è una sciatrice alpina statunitense. Sciatrice polivalente, è stata l'atleta di punta della nazionale statunitense degli anni 2000 e 2010. Nel suo palmarès vanta, tra l'altro, un oro olimpico, due ori iridati, quattro Coppe del Mondo generali e sedici di specialità; con 84 successi è la seconda sciatrice più vincente della storia dello sci alpino, dietro alla sola Mikaela Shiffrin, e tra i pochi atleti ad avere vinto almeno una gara di Coppa del Mondo in ognuna delle specialità della disciplina. Ritiratasi nel 2019, è tornata alle gare nel 2024.

Fino alla stagione 2006-2007 ha gareggiato come Lindsey Kildow. Dopo il matrimonio con l'ex sciatore Thomas Vonn, il 29 settembre 2007, ha adottato il cognome del marito e dalla stagione 2007-2008 si è iscritta alle liste FIS come "Lindsey Vonn". Il 27 novembre 2011 ha annunciato la separazione dal marito, ma ha comunque continuato a utilizzare il cognome Vonn.
